This existing ranch home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The client purchased the home in 2010 in a desirable neighborhood, with the intention of renovating. With 2 small children, and more of the home in need of repair, that time has come.

Phase I of the project will provide a new deck and new front porch, as well as remove the existing pool. Phase II will add a bonus room over a renovated 1 car garage. The new garage will include a work shop and mudroom. Inside the main house, wall between the living room, kitchen and dining will be removed to provide a more open floor plan, creating better visual connection and circulation.

Possible future phases will expand toward the rear, creating a large great room. The client would also like to push upwards to create a 2nd floor with additional bedrooms, and a master suite.
