Throughout this process, we will:

provide an onsite consultation to review your needs and goals

provide your project description based on your information

identify the project constraints, challenges and opportunities

help you determine the scope of services you need and provide an overview of the process

include a site visit and site evaluation including project relevant regulations

include a budget overview for the project including other consultants and consents

include a preliminary timeline for the completed project
Once completed you will have a solid foundation to proceed with your design regardless of the architecture firm you hire to move forward with.

site visits are held during regular business hours (9am-5pm). Project site must be within 20 miles of our office, or we can offer a phone conference, or a "per mile" fee for travel.
please include a few time slots that you are available to meet, and a basic projects description. we will contact you shortly to arrange our consultation.
Introductory Package Cost $1000
this price is based on a average sized residential proect. We reserve the right to adjust this price based on project scale, but will review our assessment with you.
once we have scheduled our consultation, you will be billed and must pay in full prior to our meeting.
