This well loved, Cape Cod Cottage has been well maintained, but has not had any significant upgrades in over 30 years. In an effort to strategically plan for the future, a Master Plan is being developed for the property. This plan will be used to prioritize work, and determine the most impactful improvements.

Initial projects include interior decor upgrades, installing an outdoor shower and enclosure, determining the best solution to provide air conditioning, and an update to the existing deck.
