Dilapidated and neglected for years, this small cottage on a historic site had a complete makeover. The owner chose to preserve to existing home, though completely rebuilding it. An addition of a Great Room, including Kitchen and eating area, living room and even office space, overlooks the beautiful Westport River.
An outdoor patio makes a nice addition, and work is being done to improve the existing dock and boat house. The garage has also been updated, and there are future plans for a 2nd story apartment in that building.
