This ground floor 2-bedroom apartment was originally the basement of this 1910 home. Former renovations provided the space, however prior to our design, the space was dark and unpleasant, with outdated fixtures and furnishings. The low ceilings made for a challenge, but using bright colors and finishes, and a new wood-look floor gave the space new life.

The owner hopes to renovate much of the exterior in the next few years, including new siding, fencing, outdoor shower, and a desirable outdoor living space.
